¡HI!
My name is Alex Mauri Lewis
I was born in Girona, Catalonia, son of an English mother, a tour guide on the Costa Brava, and a Catalan father whose family worked in the cork industry. Tourism has been part of my life since childhood: every summer I worked in holiday camps, rental agencies, and local shops, always surrounded by travellers.
At 27 I went on a one-year trip around the world, which made me decide to fully dedicate myself to tourism. Since then I have worked as a guide across Spain and am an official guide of the Alhambra.
Today I live happily in Andalusia with my wife and two daughters, taking care of a farmhouse with olive trees, learning about the land and local culture, and even learning to play flamenco.

For years, I have been accompanying visitors from all over the world through this unique monumental complex, helping them discover not only what they see, but also what they feel as they walk through its palaces, gardens and centuries-old towers.

6 months, from Kerala to the Himalayas.
Road trip from Turkey to Spain.

1 month, Singapore, Malaysia, and several Indonesian islands..

Cyprus, Morocco, Italy, France, Germany, UK, Sweden, Denmark… and many others in transit.
